The property just ain’t what it used to be. But I’ve been told the owners are trying to upgrade the place as it hasn’t had much love for about 15-20 yrs. My family and I have stayed many times over the years so I’ve seen lots of changes. I really hope they can get the place up to date and repaired to make it like it used to be when it was Shiloh.

The location was nice. My husband and I walked about 20 minutes and had a nice dinner at a local burger joint. It's also not far from downtown and the water falls. Parking was also nice and plenty of spaces.

Rooms were comfy and water was hot. The hotel is quiet.

It was easy to find and the staff was accommodating. Breakfast options were good. They had options in lieu of the pool being closed. Nice touch!

This was our second time staying here. Pool and hot tub was a great attraction. Great location, fast refund of our deposit, competent and friendly staff.

The evening manager was extremely professional. She handled a disgruntled customer who was yelling at her, and stayed calm. It seems that they are understaffed, but she was doing a great job. The room was clean and comfortable.

The price was nice, and the staff were always excellent - Coffee in lobby delicious - (I did not eat breakfast.) Beds were comfortable and the room was clean!

Friendly & helpful staff. Very understanding & accommodating Were celebrating 19 year anniversary with my husband but couldn't afford to take time off of work, located down the street at Goodwill Industries. The staff was understanding of the situation & accommodating of when we had the car breakdown a block from the hotel & checked in so late

Breakfast was great, the room that they serve breakfast on the 5th floor was clean and comfortable.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Sarah in the breakfast room was exceptional! Very friendly. And your front desk people were very friendly and helpful. I was in town to attend the funeral of a dear friend, and my stay at your hotel was good - very quiet. Everything was very clean.
