Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Spokane

The location was nice. My husband and I walked about 20 minutes and had a nice dinner at a local burger joint. It's also not far from downtown and the water falls. Parking was also nice and plenty of spaces.

It was easy to find and the staff was accommodating. Breakfast options were good. They had options in lieu of the pool being closed. Nice touch!

The evening manager was extremely professional. She handled a disgruntled customer who was yelling at her, and stayed calm. It seems that they are understaffed, but she was doing a great job. The room was clean and comfortable.

Friendly & helpful staff. Very understanding & accommodating Were celebrating 19 year anniversary with my husband but couldn't afford to take time off of work, located down the street at Goodwill Industries. The staff was understanding of the situation & accommodating of when we had the car breakdown a block from the hotel & checked in so late

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Sarah in the breakfast room was exceptional! Very friendly. And your front desk people were very friendly and helpful. I was in town to attend the funeral of a dear friend, and my stay at your hotel was good - very quiet. Everything was very clean.
