We asked for an extra chair and they provided one. The bed was VERY comfortable! The room hasn't been remodeled for a few years but was not in bad condition. Loved the quiet treadmill/exercise room and the pool area looked very nice. The little store inside the lobby has many small items and food/drinks if you forget something. Breakfast was adequate tasting with many choices for a reg. diet. There was unsweetened applesauce, eggs and sausage for diabetics. There are two dining areas so when the smaller one where the food is was full, there was plenty of space in the second conference room area to sit. Doors to the room are very heavy; not easy to brake into? Breakfast lady (only one there) was running hard to keep things clean and tried to refill food quickly.

Very understanding & accommodating Were celebrating 19 year anniversary with my husband but couldn't afford to take time off of work, located down the street at Goodwill Industries. The staff was understanding of the situation & accommodating of when we had the car breakdown a block from the hotel & checked in so late

The evening manager was extremely professional. She handled a disgruntled customer who was yelling at her, and stayed calm. It seems that they are understaffed, but she was doing a great job. The room was clean and comfortable.
